Since the first location opened, the Charlotte Region ReStores have funded affordable homeownership opportunities for families from Pineville to Statesville and all points in between. Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region officially reopened the newly renovated Cornelius Restore with a ribbon-cutting courtesy of the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce. The Cornelius Restore, one of six retail operations run by Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region, got a $400,000 update. The Cornelius North Main Street location was closed for two months during the renovation. The N. Main Street location was closed for two months during the renovation.
